A red letter day is one that is pleasantly noteworthy or memorable. November is full of such days in our family, which I've written about before - birthdays, anniversaries, etc.
They are not marked in red on my calendar, but I have decided to start noting in red the days when I feel good (physically) - keeping track in order to see if there is any discernible pattern.
